Shipping & returns


Placing an Order
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart.  Here you can review all the items in your cart and update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout and place your order. 
Check Out
  • Step 1 
    Click on the "SUBMIT" button in your cart.
  • Step 2 
    You will be asked to enter your email and billing address information. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step.  Or, you may edit your shipping address. Click on "Continue to shipping method".
  • Step 3 
    To complete your order please "continue to payment method". At this stage we can only accept PayPal payments however we are in the process of setting up a credit card facility. Then click the "Complete Order" button. 

Verification and Shipping
  • When placing your order please ensure all your details are correct as your order will not be processed if details do not match bank records etc. 
      
Tracking Your Order
  • We will keep you informed throughout the ordering and shipping process. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched as well as a tracking no if applicable. If you require more information please contact us via email.  To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.
  • For international customers, it will typically take 1-3 weeks to receive your order.

  • These are the rates we can currently offer for our international customers. We are working hard to secure better rates and will keep you updated. International buyers - please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Add Items to an Order You Just Placed
  • Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order at this time.

Cancelling Your Order
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  Once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make any changes.
